• What sensations of pleasure can I allow today without guilt or hesitation?
• What moments of joy have visited me recently, and what were their sources?
• Who or what am I deeply grateful for right now?
• What blessings am I ready to acknowledge or extend?
Somatic Anchor
Place your hand on your heart, take three breaths, and say softly:
“I receive this moment as a blessing.”
Repeat until you feel the shift — the heart opening, the body remembering.
Sound and Vibration
Humming, chanting, singing bowls, and tuning forks attune body and spirit to coherence.
