Our mission is to foster holistic well-being and empower communities by integrating art, sound, and wellness practices into accessible programs designed to inspire transformation and resilience. We believe in creating a ripple effect of positive change, starting with the individual and extending to the greater community.
A cornerstone of our commitment to giving back is our support for the Causability Creator Grants, which fund innovative projects that promote social change, resilience, and creative empowerment. Every service, workshop, and program we offer contributes directly to this mission, allowing us to uplift others and build a stronger, more connected world.

The Visionary Behind the Shakti Movement
Liz London
Liz London is a visionary leader, spiritual guide, and expert in holistic wellness, dedicated to assisting individuals becoming in ‘tune’ with their inner selves and the greater universe. With a deep passion for integrating ancient wisdom with modern practices, Liz has spent over a decade guiding others on their spiritual journeys, empowering them to achieve balance, wellness, and self-awareness.
As the founder of Shakti Creative Wellness Center, Liz has created a sanctuary where seekers can explore a variety of spiritual practices, from meditation practices to advanced bioacoustic and vibrational therapies. Her work is grounded in the belief that true transformation arises from the harmonious integration of mind, body, and spirit.
Liz’s expertise extends to the innovative technological applications of sound and vibration in healing, including the use of Red Light IR, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy, light therapy, and bioharmonic vibrational mats. Her approach is holistically individualized ensuring that each individual receives the support and guidance they need on their unique path,
